HAMDEN — The town’s info technologies services were being “compromised” early Thursday, prompting a restoration effort, according to the administration of Mayor Lauren Garrett.

Sean Grace, Garrett’s main of team, reported in a assertion that the town’s crisis services were being unaffected, but considerably less essential features had been impacted.
